Cambridge Fiber Fair Vendor Terms and Conditions
The Cambridge Fiber Fair and Alpaca Pen Sale is designed to promote the sale of domestically grown and processed fiber and fleece. Vendor sales are limited to U.S. cultivated fiber, fleece and finished goods, along with fiber related tools and accessories, (i.e. spinning wheels, knitting needles, dyes, books, etc.). Fiber vendors must limit their saleable goods to no more than 50% finished product. Please list the general categories of items to be sold in the space below:
Insurance coverage and liability: Exhibitors must provide their own insurance coverage to protect themselves, their equipment, and to cover damages that may be inflicted to the building and/or property of Isanti County Fair. Neither the Cambridge Fiber Fair and Alpaca Pen Sale or the Isanti County Fair will be responsible or liable for any loss or damage due to fire, theft, or acts of Nature.
Participation: Cambridge Fiber Fair reserves the right to order the removal of any vendor, and their merchandise, found to be in violation of the above terms or whose merchandise offered for sale is not that which was presented by this contract; with no refund or allow to vendor. The Cambridge Fiber Fair and Alpaca Pen Sale will not be liable for any loss of money, revenue or damage incurred exercising this right.
No animals, except Certified Guide Dogs will be allowed to accompany Vendors, exhibitors or the public into the facility.
